Wildcat Caddo

  • Wildcat Caddo operations consist of a centralized state of the art cryogenic processing and treating facility and associated rich gas gathering / compression
  • Current processing capacity of 140 MMcf/day
  • 30+ miles of gathering pipeline in service
  • 40+ mile NGL pipeline to DCP Midstream’s Black Lake, with takeaway capacity to support up to 500 MMcf/d of processing

Wildcat Sabine

  • Constructed and operated Haynesville / Bossier Shale high pressure gas gathering, CO2 treating, and H2S removal system
  • Producer partnership with firm capacity along with 3rd party gathering services
  • Four (4) major downstream residue interconnects upon completion, creating producer leverage and optionality
  • 16” mainline with 200+ MMcfd throughput capacity
  • Acquired by US Infrastructure in 2011

Wildcat Permian Services

  • Wildcat partnered with Approach Resources to develop, construct, and operate a crude oil gathering system in their core Southern Wolfcamp area of Crockett, Reagan, Schleicher, and Irion Counties Texas. The Wildcat Permian system was the only regional header system providing access to current and future regional takeaway options. Operating assets included:
  • 50 miles of high-pressure steel pipeline
  • Truck terminal with four (4) LACT bays
  • Eight (8) major crude receipt points
  • 50,000 barrels of crude oil storage

Cardinal Gas Solutions

  • Founded natural gas processing and treating rental company
  • Constructed, leased, and installed over 60 gas processing plants across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Kansas over a 2 year period
  • Acquired by Crosstex Energy Services in 2006

Discovery DJ Services

  • Discovery DJ operations consist of low pressure gas gathering, processing and crude oil gathering and transportation

Nexus Gas Partners

  • Developed and optimized North Louisiana Cotton Valley gas gathering and processing system
  • Throughput averaged over 110 MMcfd with more than 500 wells connected to the system
  • Negotiated bolt-on acquisition of 136 mile trunkline from Carthage, TX to Bienville, LA
  • Acquired by Regency Gas Partners in 2008

Charis Partners

  • Contracted and developed a 50-mile produced water pipeline with 100,000 barrel/day capacity moving water from Louisiana to a network of nine (9) disposal wells in Texas
  • Originated 50,000 barrels/day of 8-year firm produced water gathering agreements from several major producers
  • Truck terminal at end of pipeline for extended reach locations
  • Project removed over 350 water-hauling trucks per day from customer locations
  • Acquired by Nuverra Energy Solutions (formerly Heckmann Water Resources) in 2009
